The OnePlus Nord has a 6.44-inch FHD+ Fluid AMOLED display, 90Hz refresh rate, and a 20:9 aspect ratio, 2,048 levels of automatic brightness , a 32-megapixel in-screen camera with Sony IMX616 sensor along with an 8-megapixel 105° ultra-wide sensor.

The OnePlus Nord has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, is powered by Octa-Core Snapdragon 765G SoC with X52 5G modem that supports both NSA and SA 5G, up to 12GB of RAM, and runs Android 10.0 with OxygenOS 10.5. The phone has 48-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX586 sensor and OIS, same as the OnePlus 8, but this features an 8-megapixel 119° ultra-wide angle camera, 5-megapixel depth and a 2-megapixel macro sensor.
