How to book JioPhone on MobiKwik?

1. Customer to enter pin code and mobile no. – on which order confirmation SMS will be sent. At the time of JioPhone collection, an OTP will be sent on the same mobile no. for authentication.

2. Customer to complete the order online.

3. Order confirmation SMS will be sent within 24-48 hrs.

4. After order confirmation, customer can visit the nearest Jio Store/Reliance Digital outlet with his Aadhar number OR customer can also schedule a home delivery as guided in the order confirmation SMS.

5. At the time of JioPhone collection, OTP will be sent on the mobile no. which was entered at the time of placing the order.

6. Customer has to share the OTP with store agent or home delivery executive for authentication.

7. After successful authentication, JioPhone will be activated.

3. Open the MyJio App | Visit JioPhone Pre-Book page

4. Signup / Login into MyJio App

5. Click on ‘Pre-Book Now’ button (You will be shown the Pre-Booking screen)

6. Enter your Mobile number and enter the PIN CODE of your area. Click on proceed.

Note: To book a unit for a friend or family member, simply input their phone number and delivery pincode and make the payment.

7. Choose the payment option & Pay the Security amount of Rs 500 on Checkout. (Pay remaining Rs.1000 during delivery time)

8. Enjoy !! You will recieve Booking-ID on the app as well as SMS.

2. After sending the SMS, you will get a confirmation SMS for registering your interest in the JioPhone.
