There has been a talk lately about Xiaomi entering into Laptops and Notebook market. On July 27th, Xiaomi has put a stop to the long rumoured story. Presenting the Xiaomi Redmi Notebook Air.

To be honest, it looks like a clear rip off of Apple’s Macbook Air. But we already know the list of Xiaomi products that look just like Apple devices. So let’s put aside the copy-cat fact and look at the price, specification and release date of Xiaomi Redmi Notebook Air.

There are actually 2 versions of Xiaomi Notebook Air, One with 12.5″ display with an approximate price tag of 35,000 INR and the second with 13.3″ display with a price tag of 52,000 INR. Both variants feature a full metal body, full HD display, Windows OS 10, and both variants are slimmer than their rip-off’s (sshhh: counterparts). Full specification at end of post.
